Management of Technical Development, Sales, and Service
The owner, Marcus Runge, originally trained in mechanical engineering and later earned a degree as a Dipl.-Industrial Engineer with a focus on production management and capital goods marketing. He gained professional experience in large, well-known German industrial companies. For over 20 years, he has held leadership positions, always acting as a "problem solver" for the economic implementation of processes in the assembly industry, with more than 10 years in his own company specializing in battery and charging technology. Through innovative developments and application-oriented solutions in electromechanical equipment, he has expanded his numerous industry contacts, making Nordisch customers present worldwide.
Administration / Back Office
Questions about invoices, offers, or delivery status? The back office is permanently staffed with a maximum of two employees, ensuring customer accessibility during business hours. If we are unavailable outside of office hours or the phone line is busy, our voicemail provides alternative contact options listed on our website.
Service
Repairs, quotes, or technical questions: Our service team is also staffed with a maximum of two employees at all times. Technical devices and batteries of any technology, UPS units, power supply devices, or charging cables are revived even in "difficult cases"! Every delivered part is registered upon receipt, evaluated, replacement parts are identified, and a quote is generated. If an on-site appointment is required, this is possible nationwide after coordination. Through extensive global supplier contacts, Nordisch's spare parts service can also procure hard-to-find electronic components. Services include repair, battery damage analysis, special procurement, and tailored supply of discontinued or difficult-to-source electronic components, as well as manufacturing of custom batteries.
Production
Final assembly of designed modules is order-dependent. Up to six in-house employees and several external contractors, suppliers, designers, and software developers are involved in producing the required products. Materials stored for our clients are picked and processed sequentially according to a "routing card". Designated materials are assembled into modular units and combined into the final product. Software and firmware releases and final functional checks before delivery ensure the promised properties and functions. After successful quality control, the products are shipped.
